Mid March Brian was away in Arizona at spring training with Oakland A's and we were on our own. It happened to be an extremely hot weekend so we decided to go play in the local splash pool. Obviously the person who designed this does not have kids because it is so dangerous. I was like a maniac trying to keep them from splitting their heads open on all the hard sharp concrete edges. Next time I will not try this alone lesson learned. I guess I can't do everything but I often try :)
It was hard to get good pics because i was worried about them falling the whole time.
These pictures were the week before when it wasn't quite warm enough to get in but I could tell by they way they were looking at it they would love to splash around.
After all of our family left the rest of March was filled with many park playdates.

One day it was overcast and a little chilly so we decided to check out an indoor play space. It was really such a hit with all the babies. They especially loved the bounce house!

Lori had rented this trailer and rode to the park so we gave it a test ride too. The babies loved it this time (more on this later)!
I am not as crafty on a blog page as I am with a paintbrush or a scrapbook but I will try my best. We are excited to share our adventures in the city but home sweet home will always be Louisville. But for now it's Laura, Brian, and our son/dog Foster in NYC.
Well after years of turmoil I have decided to embrace online social networking. I have recently joined facebook and now it is time to take the next step to keep in touch with my friends.
