Barbeque in Westchester

This weekend we attended a barbeque in Westchester, NY.  It was given by Dr. Roye who is the chairman of the pediatrics ortho program.  When you say backyard barbeque at home we think of fresh fruit, chips & salsa, hamburgers & hot dogs, and desert.  But at this "cookout" we had a 3 course catered meal with ribs, carved steak, shrimp, scollops, mini key lime pie tarts, etc.  Let's just say the food was awesome.  But before the food the residents and attendings had their annual soccer match.  Hmm, and I thought Brian wanted to go to Columbia because it was an amazing program but now the real reason is revealed.  Brian would find a program that has an annual soccer match.  Of course his team won with one goal by Brian despite the fact that Brian also accidentally scored two goals for the other team.  We had a great time and met some really nice people.  Maybe next year the rain will hold off and we can go swimming as well.  Here are a few pictures from the game and barbeque.  Brian is in the blue shirt and black shorts.
