A fun weekend

This weekend we enjoyed the beautiful HOT weather and had so much fun. On Saturday we went to Central Park and laid out and read. Saturday night we went out with Bob and Kristine to eat Japanese barbeque and then went to this random bar called Fat Cat. At first when you see Fat Cat you think its going to just be a little low key pub but that was not the case. Sports bar is an understatement as well. Fat Cat was a huge sports table gaming bar. There were about 15 pool tables, 10 ping pong tables, 5 shuffle board tables, and about 20 tables with Scrable and chess. We are not sure who would really want to go to a bar and play chess on a Saturday night but whatever. It was just so random but Brian got some good ping pong in. 

On Sunday we went on a really long bike ride. First I should mention that a couple weeks ago we bought bikes. Brian's is a road bike and mine is a hybrid. Brian has been riding to work so he gets about 80 to 100 miles a week commuting. On the weekends we are going to try and bike to different places in the city. On Sunday we biked to the park by the Hudson river in Tribecca. It was about 45 mins to the park then we rested and enjoyed the view and biked another 45 mins back. When we got home I was pretty tired, but I am so glad we got our bikes.
